The Board of Directors and Patterson Management Company are diligently working on projects to update and make repairs in our complex. We are currently getting bids on the following:
180 Building Parking Lot – replace
200 Building Parking Lot – repair & seal, city replacing fence
Lobbies – replace tiles
Trash Doors – finish painting over base coat
Clubhouse Sliding Doors – need hurricane grade glass doors
Pump Rooms – correct electrical wiring
LED Lights – estimate for whole complex
The first bid on the 180 Bldg parking lot is $32,000.  In light of the high costs, we will calculate the total amount and have an assessment to pay for these much needed projects.
It has been suggested that we have a twice a year assessment of $100 ($200 total) to pay back our reserves.
We are going make an amendment to our Rules & Regulations to allow new buyers to rent 3 years after purchase.
